Dear MSP leader,
Your clients are asking about AI. Some are hiring independent consultants. Some are stitching together AI Chats, AI Apps, and five other APIs and calling it automation. None of that reduces their subscription stack. None of it is sovereign. None of it scales across fifty accounts without fifty custom projects.
We built something different, not an on-prem LLM in a box (that is roughly one percent of the value), but a complete revenue and operations harness: portal, router, voice, chat, 25,000 applications rebuilt from scratch across 25 industries, and 34.7 million governed connectors. The marathon has already been run. You stand at the summit with us or you start climbing alone.
The four tiers of “AI providers”: and where we sit
What we are not selling
We are not selling tokens at fifty cents per million. We are not bolting AI onto the same subscription bills your clients already hate. We are not asking you to hire an AI engineer and spend two years reverse-engineering what took us nineteen years of harness engineering and $2.5M+ of product investment to assemble.
What we are offering MSPs
Speed to market. Deliver SARAH + Omega + SOPHIA to your clients while the train is moving, accounting firms, insurance agencies, construction, home services, manufacturing, dental, every industry you already serve.
Two partnership paths (you choose per deal):
Path A, Hardware partner: You supply and manage the server hardware for your client (using your vendor relationships and margin). We supply software, deployment, upgrades, and L3 support for the life of the platform.
Canonical pricing: Hosted programs, on-prem tiers, and current list pricing are maintained at omegarevenueengine.com/pricing, always reference that page in outreach. Indicative MSP deployment economics below.
Deployment tiers (MSP programs start here: not hosted SaaS)
Omega Mini
$500,000 all-in (hardware + software + 3-year managed software)
Typical MSP hardware margin when you supply: ~$200K gross profit on hardware (~$80K–$100K illustrative on smaller configs). Software & deployment to Scale Growth: $300K. Referral-only path: ~$50K (10%) when we supply everything.
Omega Pro
~$4M–$5M (NVIDIA HGX B300 class)
Hardware partner: ~$1M margin opportunity on hardware. Referral-only: ~$400K (10%) when Scale Growth supplies and manages hardware + software.
Omega Enterprise
~$6M+ (dual-server, ~30K concurrent users)
Hardware partner: ~$1M+ on dual-server supply. Referral-only: ~$600K when we run the full stack. Fiber, premises, and data-center proximity apply.
Why this protects your MSP: and your clients
If you do nothing, your clients will hire the million new “AI consultants” who only know how to wire APIs together. If you wait three years to recommend something, you miss the bus, and your clients may not recognize the business they are in.
Our agreement structure uses a joint client relationship, a collaborative approach to bringing sovereign AI to your clients. Scale Growth supports the SARAH AI Suite platform for the life of the contract; hardware support follows the path you choose above. Standard confidentiality and IP protection apply to both parties.
Next step
Schedule a call. Bring one client in mind, we will walk the fork (hardware vs referral) on a real number.
