Referral Partner Agreement

REFERRAL PARTNER AGREEMENT (universal, not limited to MSPs)
1. Purpose
Referral Partner introduces qualified prospects to Scale Growth for Omega Revenue Engine / SARAH AI Suite sovereign deployments. Referral Partner does not supply hardware unless separately agreed.
2. Referral fee
Standard referral fee: 10% of total contract value on closed-won deals where Scale Growth supplies hardware and software bundle, paid per signed SOW and collection milestones.
3. Introduction attribution
Qualified introductions remain attributed to Referral Partner for twelve (12) months from first registered introduction. Standard confidentiality and IP protection apply to both parties.
4. MSP note
MSPs with hardware capability may instead use the MSP Partnership Agreement for hardware-margin path on the same tiers.
