One audience
The accounts that can buy are built once. Accounts that cannot buy are suppressed. The message goes to the buying group, not to the single person who filled a form.

Scale Growth Advisors LLCMike Farrell and Chris Ismail built one engine for the work other firms split into a dozen product names. Omega finds the accounts that can buy, scores who is in motion, runs the motion across the channels the customer already operates, and puts SARAH on the telephone to qualify and book. One memory. GPUs we operate. A price on the page.
A revenue team now speaks to a committee, across languages, on a browser, a handset and a public number, and is still asked to keep one account of the customer.
Most firms rent a voice widget, a switchboard and a stack of connectors from three vendors who do not share a memory. We built the three as one product, and we run it where the customer can see the ledger.
A rented go-to-market suite gives each step a trademark and a contract. The steps are ordinary. Omega runs them as one system, and it owns the telephone those suites still rent.
The accounts that can buy are built once. Accounts that cannot buy are suppressed. The message goes to the buying group, not to the single person who filled a form.
The motion is designed once and runs across email, search advertising, the professional network, social and events the customer already operates. Spend and pipeline return to one record.
Scoring uses the customer's own data. The next call goes to an account that is moving, with a name, a role and a reason. Vendor-defined "fit" is not a substitute for that.
Marketing, the telephone and the work after the sale share the account. A campaign is not a second database. When the account moves, the motion moves with it.
SARAH researches, speaks, qualifies and books. She is not three products with three names. Browser, handset and public number are the same memory. She transfers to a person when the work needs one.
Proposals are drawn from the live account. The ledger shows which touch created the revenue. The customer can read it. Voice Link is $300 a month per AI extension. Engine tiers are on the pricing page.
Scale Growth Advisors LLC builds Omega Revenue Engine. The company is not a committee of titles. These two carry it.
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Mike leads the company and the commercial shape of the product. Voice Link, the public pricing and the way a customer is brought from a first conversation to a working telephone system sit with him.
He brings four decades in go-to-market.
Co-Founder and Systems Architect
Chris is the architect of the SARAH AI Suite: the voice path, the intelligence layer and the connectors behind them. What the product claims in public, the system has to do in production.
He has spent twenty years building enterprise-grade systems, on one mission: intelligence that belongs to the people who use it.
The figure on the page is the figure we operate to. Language, capacity and price are stated as they are.
Conversations, transfers and bookings leave a record the customer can inspect. The system is not a black box we ask you to trust.
SARAH answers, books and routes. She transfers to a person when the work requires one. The machine does not replace the desk you chose to keep.
Browser, handset, public number and conference are the same account of the customer. Nothing has to be repeated because the channel changed.
We build foundations other work can stand on. A page, a voice lane and a region are made so the next one does not start again.
Compliance is designed into the architecture: hardware we operate, a private network and an audit ledger, rather than a badge.
These are the regions where a compliance pack exists.
A call is with the company, not a queue. Mike Farrell and Chris Ismail are who the work comes back to.
