Do you own the GPUs the conversation runs on?
Yes. The language model, speech recognition and the voice run on GPUs we operate. We do not manufacture the chips.
Ask them of any AI provider. The answers on this page are the foundation of SARAH, SOPHIA, Omega Revenue Engine, PEIPN and the Last Mile Mini AI data center. We do not manufacture the chips. We do not manufacture the base model. We operate the GPUs, and we host the language model, the speech recognition and the voice.
GPUs, the language model, speech recognition, speech synthesis, and the languages she speaks.
Yes. The language model, speech recognition and the voice run on GPUs we operate. We do not manufacture the chips.
Yes. We host the model the conversation uses. We did not manufacture the base weights. It runs on our Layer-2 Private Enterprise IP Network.
Yes. Recognition runs on our GPUs. The utterance is not posted to a public transcription API.
Yes. The voice the caller hears is synthesized on our speech engine, on our GPUs.
SARAH speaks 17 languages natively, and she switches between them in the same conversation. We do not round the number up. A language is claimed only as far as it is true.
Why it matters. If you sell across borders, your buyer hears your offer in their own language, from a voice that is hosted with the rest of the stack, not a translation layer bolted on afterwards.
No. The turn is not a metered request to someone else's public model.
No. Inference for the conversation stays on hardware we operate.
Yes. Hosted customers run on our Chicago compute. SARAH Mini, SARAH Pro and SARAH Enterprise can sit on the customer's premises. The Last Mile Mini AI data center is a different product: our building, OMEGA Hyperscale, not theirs.
Yes. A change in a public API's terms does not switch off a path that never called that API.
Neither. We do not manufacture hardware. We do not manufacture the base model. We use a great deal of hardware, and we host the model ourselves.
There is no per-token invoice to a public model for the voice path. The commercial shape is the published tier.
SOPHIA. One egress, one record. The language model does not wander off and call an ungoverned API with the customer's data.
Yes. They ran on GPUs we operate: in our Last Mile Mini AI data center, or on a SARAH Mini, SARAH Pro or SARAH Enterprise at the customer. Not on a shared public endpoint, and not inside someone else's hall.
No. The metal is operated as ours, or placed on the customer's site. It is not a rented partition with a sovereignty label.
Language, speech recognition and speech synthesis. All three are hosted by us.
No. The path is ours.
It stays with the customer's record. It is not handed to a model vendor to improve a clone library.
No. The production voice is our hosted speech engine. Changing it is a decision, not a silent failover.
No. Synthesis stays on our engine.
Yes. It is additive. The primary engine stays in place. A language is claimed only as far as it is true.
The conversation. The telephone. One memory.
No. SARAH is the advisor on the telephone, the browser and the public number, with one memory.
Yes. She transfers when the work needs a person. The desk you chose to keep stays in the call.
Yes. Browser, handset and public number are the same account of the customer.
No. She speaks 17 languages natively. The claim stops where the voice stops.
Yes. Voice Link is a complete telephone system behind one weblink. The published price is $300 a month per AI extension. Inbound is unlimited.
Scale Growth Advisors LLC. Mike Farrell is chief executive. Chris Ismail is systems architect.
No. The product is the path: recognition, language, voice, memory, transfer and the ledger.
No. One memory. One account of the customer.
Yes. The conversation, the transfer and the booking are part of the record.
No. SARAH holds the conversation. Omega Revenue Engine holds the commercial work. SOPHIA holds the connections. PEIPN carries them. SARAH Mini, SARAH Pro and SARAH Enterprise are the premises products. The Last Mile Mini AI data center is OMEGA Hyperscale, our building.
No. The hosted brain is sized for the work. A customer answer is not cut to save a token meter we do not use.
Yes. SARAH routes to them.
Yes. Browser, SIP and the public number are the same SARAH.
The company on the contract. A rented model vendor is not the party.
One statement, or one question. She does not stack a second question on the same turn to rush the caller.
Yes. Voice Link is $300 a month per AI extension, on the page.
Into the customer's calendar and the ledger of the call. Not into a separate bot that forgets the telephone.
No. The conference and the telephone are the same house, and the customer still has one account of the work.
A chatbot skin. She is the voice of the system the customer is running.
No. The channel changed. The account of the customer did not.
The connections. One egress. A record of what left.
The Layer-3 hub. Connectors, egress, and the record of what left the building.
34.7 million. That is the published figure.
No. One egress. One place to see what was called.
Yes. Execution can be attested for an examiner.
No. She connects to them. The system of record stays the customer's. The call is governed.
No. A connector is a governed call. The model does not receive a dump it was not asked to use.
One person record. The customer is not a new stranger on each channel.
Yes. The connection joins the same account of the customer.
No. It is dispatch the product can call. A logo is not a connector.
On PEIPN when they are ours to carry. Through the governed egress when the outside system is the point.
Yes. What you do not need is not left running because a bundle included it.
No. The commercial shape is the published tier.
The customer. An examiner, when the customer has one.
No. The hub is the customer's, on the estate they contracted.
Only what the connector was asked to send, through the egress, with a record.
What you get: the commercial work, on the same memory as the call.
The commercial work, done on one memory. Research, outreach, qualification, proposal and the record of that work sit on the same memory as the conversation, so what a buyer said on the call is already in the proposal.
Yes. You get three parts that work as one: SARAH holds the conversation, the engine does the commercial work, and SOPHIA makes the connections to the systems you already run.
Yes. The monthly tiers are on the pricing page. Hosted is $5,000 a month per user. Omega Mini is $15,000 a month. Pro is $130,000 a month. Enterprise is from $200,000 a month. Omega Mini is not the Last Mile Mini AI data center. That building is OMEGA Hyperscale, priced apart from these four.
No. The monthly tiers are Hosted, Omega Mini, Pro and Enterprise. Voice Link is separate, at $300 a month per AI extension. Beside those, SARAH Mini, SARAH Pro and SARAH Enterprise are premises products, and the Last Mile Mini AI data center is OMEGA Hyperscale. None of them is a quieter name for Omega Mini.
Yes. The proposal and the call that produced it live in the same house, on the same account of the customer. Nobody retypes the conversation into a second tool.
Yes. They draw on one memory. The buyer does not become a different person because the channel changed, so your marketing and your sales team work from the same facts.
Only where the page says so. Hosted is priced per user, as published. The other tiers are the figures on the page. The price does not invent itself after the call.
No. Hosted runs on our Chicago estate. If you want it on your own site, SARAH Mini, SARAH Pro and SARAH Enterprise can run on your premises. The Last Mile Mini AI data center is ours: our building, our power, our racks.
Yes. That path is SARAH Mini, SARAH Pro or SARAH Enterprise, on your premises. It is not the Last Mile Mini. The Last Mile Mini AI data center is OMEGA Hyperscale, and it stays our building.
Yes. The figure on the page is the figure. We do not publish one price and invoice another.
Yes. Voice Link is published on its own page, at $300 a month per AI extension. The engine is published on the pricing page. The telephone is not a fog inside the engine price.
Yes. Pro and Enterprise are built for one operator serving many end customers. The capability matrix states the shape of each tier.
Yes, at the front. The customer-facing front, on every product, is the 235-billion-parameter brain with our harness. SARAH Mini stops there: orchestration, the call center, customer service. Creative work and long-horizon tasks start with the 744-billion-parameter brain, on SARAH Pro and on SARAH Enterprise. SARAH Enterprise runs that brain on two B300 servers, for redundancy. The Last Mile Mini AI data center runs a 2.8-trillion-parameter brain as well as the 235-billion-parameter front. You buy for the use, not for a weaker phone model.
If your region is on this list: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, the GCC and Sri Lanka. Those are the regions with compliance packs. We do not add a city to lengthen a map.
Scale Growth Advisors LLC. Mike Farrell, chief executive. Chris Ismail, systems architect. A named company and named people sign for the engine.
Yes. Monthly: Hosted, Omega Mini, Pro, Enterprise. Voice Link, separately, at $300 a month per AI extension. Premises: SARAH Mini, SARAH Pro, SARAH Enterprise. The Last Mile Mini AI data center is OMEGA Hyperscale, and it is not a fifth name for Omega Mini.
No. Your work stays on the estate. Using the product is not a donation of your corpus to a frontier lab.
Yes. It is part of your record.
A customer, a conversation, a connection and a commercial outcome. That is what you are paying it to produce.
On the pricing page of this site.
Layer-2 Private Enterprise IP Network.
The Layer-2 Private Enterprise IP Network. Ethernet, not the public internet. It joins our Last Mile Mini data centers to each other, and it joins a customer's SARAH Mini, SARAH Pro or SARAH Enterprise when that work stays on their floor.
No. That traffic is carried on the private path.
Yes. Private path, single egress, one place to read the record.
No. A cloud you rent is still their network. PEIPN is the private enterprise path for this stack.
Public services can terminate at a data center. The production path does not. Voice and GPU traffic ride Ethernet on PEIPN. A path on the public internet is a path that can be listened to. This one is not that path.
No. The widget is how a visitor arrives. PEIPN is how privileged traffic is carried.
Yes. On PEIPN. If the work is in the Last Mile Mini, the audio is in our building. If the customer bought SARAH Mini, SARAH Pro or SARAH Enterprise, it can stay on their floor. Omega Mini is neither of those places.
The path is part of the metal and the contract. It is not a feature flag in someone else's console.
No. Each customer path is its own VLAN on PEIPN. The Last Mile Mini is our building, not a shared hall, and it is not Omega Mini.
No. It is the network. Not a piece of software on a personal computer.
Yes. That is what it is for.
No. It is part of the foundation, with SARAH, SOPHIA, Omega Revenue Engine and the Last Mile Mini AI data center. That data center is OMEGA Hyperscale. Omega Mini is a separate product.
We do not manufacture hardware. We use a lot of it. We do not manufacture the model. We host our own, on this network.
OMEGA Hyperscale. Our building. Not Omega Mini.
Our data center, next to the fiber, not the customer's office and not Omega Mini. A couple of racks in our own building, within about a mile of a Megaport-enabled data center. We do not put the racks in their hall. A switch and dark fiber join the two. About 1,100 of those hubs exist. The building is Scale Growth's, on our power, off the grid.
GB300 and Vera Rubin racks need liquid cooling that an ordinary hall does not have, so they cannot sit in the current data center. This building has liquid cooling and air cooling, and its own power: hydrogen, a permanent-magnet generator, or solar. It is not fed from the grid. Between our sites the fiber is dark, at about 100 terabits a second. The production path is Ethernet on PEIPN, not the public internet.
Neither. It is physical hardware on our metal, in our building. Omega Mini is a different product. SARAH Mini, SARAH Pro and SARAH Enterprise are the products that sit on a customer's premises.
Not Omega Mini. A place in this data center is $4 million a customer, fifteen customers to a center, hosted by us for three years. That is the alternative to buying a $4 million Omega Pro server and standing it on the customer's floor. The building itself is a $60 million data center. SARAH Mini, SARAH Pro and SARAH Enterprise stay available outside it.
SARAH Mini is the 235-billion-parameter brain only. It is not this building, and it is not a cut-down hyperscale. This building runs the 2.8-trillion-parameter brain and the 235-billion-parameter front. SARAH Pro and SARAH Enterprise run the 235-billion-parameter front and the 744-billion-parameter brain. We recommend from the use.
If the files must stay on the customer's floor, that is SARAH Mini, SARAH Pro or SARAH Enterprise, and the voice stays there instead of being sent to the data center. If they have no premises, or the people are scattered, the same work can run entirely in the Last Mile Mini. Two products. Two places.
Our GPUs. About 72, or more when the demand requires it. A couple of racks, for redundancy, and not a hall of other equipment. Enough for about 30,000 users at a one-to-one contention. Language, speech recognition and voice, on PEIPN, with the 2.8-trillion-parameter brain behind the 235-billion-parameter front.
A product you can contract, and not Omega Mini. Fifteen places at $4 million in each $60 million data center, three years of hosting. SARAH Mini, SARAH Pro and SARAH Enterprise are contracted separately, on the customer's premises or in a data center that is not this building.
SARAH Mini does not need this building to answer. Nor do SARAH Pro and SARAH Enterprise. They can sit on the customer's premises, or in a current data center. The racks that need liquid cooling sit in the Last Mile Mini. Omega Mini is still a different product from both.
Mike Farrell carries the company. Chris Ismail carries the architecture.
Where the GPUs are. Where the language model is hosted, and how large it is. Where speech recognition runs. Where the voice is synthesized. If those four are a public API on the public internet, the path can be listened to, and the rest of the brochure is a rental. Ours is Ethernet on PEIPN.
SARAH for the conversation. SOPHIA for the connections. Omega Revenue Engine for the commercial work. PEIPN for the private path. SARAH Mini, SARAH Pro and SARAH Enterprise when the work sits on the customer's floor. The Last Mile Mini AI data center, OMEGA Hyperscale, when it sits in our building. Omega Mini is not that building.
Six more, on how the selling is actually done.
A person. Many intent tools tell you that a company is showing interest. Omega finds the people who are showing the signal, from their activity on the open web, so your rep knows who to call instead of guessing among hundreds of staff.
With research. The engine researches the account and the buyer first, then runs the outreach, with email doing much of the work, and SARAH is the voice when a buyer wants to talk.
Yes. A Voice Link on the page lets the buyer speak with SARAH in the browser, with no phone number on either side, and ask their questions in their own language. She speaks 17 languages natively.
One platform. Not a dozen tools joined by API connections to a public model, each one a place for the chain to break.
Real. The harness gives SARAH the context of your business, your ambitions and the way you work, with one memory, so every conversation and every voice agent can be personalized to you and to the buyer.
No. Marketing, sales and the telephone share one memory and one account of the customer. The handover is not a spreadsheet.
Do you operate the GPUs? Do you host the language model? Do you host speech recognition? Do you host the voice? If those four are a public API, the rest is a rental.
